    • Full refund will be provided.
  • Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time:
    • 50% refund will be provided.
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time:
    • No refund will be provided.
  • No-shows:
    • In the event of a no-show (failure to appear at the scheduled pick-up time and location), no refund will be provided.

2. How to Cancel:

  • To cancel a booking, please contact us via:

  • Please provide your booking reference number and the details of your cancellation.

3. Changes to Bookings:

  • Changes made within 12 hours of pickup are not guarenteed.

4. Exceptions:

  • In exceptional circumstances (e.g., flight cancellations, medical emergencies), we may consider waiving cancellation fees at our discretion.
  • Supporting documentation may be required.
  • If we must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

5. Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking.
