A saved request is not treated as a confirmed booking until the operations team reviews it and replies through WhatsApp. This prevents an automatic form from accepting the wrong hotel zone or an unsuitable vehicle.

Who performs the transport
Journeys are operated with licensed tourist vehicles and drivers of our contracted local transport partners. The drivers hold licences and certificates from the Ministry of Tourism, renewed every year, that qualify them to work with tourists and tourist vehicles. The booking team coordinates the route, hotel, flight details and vehicle requirement.

How our information is prepared
Route pages use the same destination catalogue and vehicle prices used by the booking form. Hotel pages are generated from the active hotel list and show the relevant zone, typical journey estimate and available vehicle prices.
Operational information is reviewed when routes, hotel assignments or booking rules change. Journey times and distances remain planning estimates because traffic, road conditions and hotel access can change.
What we will not promise
We do not describe a request as confirmed before a team reply. We do not guarantee an exact vehicle model unless it is written into the confirmation, and we do not promise a fixed terminal-exit time because passport control and baggage delivery are outside the transport provider’s control.
Where a hotel or route needs manual verification, we say so before confirmation instead of displaying an invented instant price.
