Ordinary delays
The planned pickup follows the live arrival. Keep your phone available after landing; there is no need to select a false later time in the booking form.
Flight number changes
If the airline rebooks you onto a different service, send the new flight number as soon as possible. The original flight can no longer identify your arrival.
Diversions and missed connections
Contact the team when you know your replacement arrival plan. We will confirm whether the original vehicle can be moved or a new arrangement is required.
