Controller

RED SEA MARKETING & E-BOOKING MANAGEMENT LTD, trading as Hurghada Airport Transfer, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 17474816), registered office 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom is the controller of the personal data collected through this website and our booking conversations. Contact: booking@hurghadaairporttransfer.com.

02

What we collect

When you request or book a transfer we collect the details you give us: name, WhatsApp number, email address, hotel, flight numbers, dates and times, number of adults and children, children's ages, luggage and any special requests. When you pay online, the payment is processed by Stripe; we receive the payment status but not your full card details.

03

Why we use it

To answer your request, arrange and confirm your transfer and handle changes, payments and complaints (performance of a contract); to meet legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation); and to keep our service safe and improve it (legitimate interests).

04

Who receives your data

The licensed transport partner and driver who carry out your transfer receive the details they need (name, phone number, flight, hotel, passengers and luggage). We also use service providers: WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd) for messaging, Stripe for card payments, and our hosting provider in the EU. Where automated replies are used on WhatsApp, message content may be processed by Anthropic to draft the reply. We do not sell personal data.

05

International transfers

Your transfer takes place in Egypt, so the details needed for it are shared with our partner there. Our service providers may process data outside the UK; where required, this is protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

06

Cookies

We do not use advertising cookies. If you arrive through a partner's referral link, a first-party cookie (rs_aff) stores the partner code so that the referral can be credited; it contains no personal data.

07

How long we keep data

Booking records are kept for as long as needed for the booking and for legal and accounting purposes (normally up to six years), then deleted. Chat messages are kept for up to 12 months.

08

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format. Write to booking@hurghadaairporttransfer.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
