Licensed drivers and tourist vehicles
Confirmed journeys are operated with licensed tourist vehicles and drivers of our contracted local transport partners, not treated as an anonymous private-car pickup. The drivers hold licences and certificates from the Ministry of Tourism, renewed every year, that qualify them to work with tourists and tourist vehicles. Egypt's Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities maintains a dedicated licensing system for tourist transport vehicles.
A local taxi, an app-based private car and a tourist vehicle are different operating products. We do not present one licence category as if it were another.
Driver suitability and tourism-service environment
The assigned driver works within the local tourist-transport operation. Tourism organisations in the Red Sea have repeatedly organised safe-driving and professional-development programmes for tourist-vehicle drivers, including road safety and working with visitors.
We do not claim that every driver on another transport platform is unqualified. The relevant difference is that the confirmed journey is assigned within a tourism-specific operating environment built around visitor transport.
Air-conditioned vehicle standard
For our private airport transfers, the operating standard is an air-conditioned vehicle suitable for the confirmed route, passengers and luggage. A functioning cooling system matters on Red Sea airport journeys, especially during hot daytime arrivals.
We do not promise a specific make, model or model year unless that detail is explicitly written into the confirmation. Vehicle category and practical capacity are the primary commitment.
Passenger and luggage capacity
Seats alone do not prove that the vehicle is suitable. The booking checks adults, children, cabin bags, medium and large suitcases and oversized items before confirming the vehicle class.
Strollers, child restraints, diving gear and other bulky items should be declared. When the load is uncertain, a manual capacity check is safer than automatically accepting a small vehicle.
Exact hotel and route verification
The exact hotel matters because similarly named properties can be in different transfer zones. The route is checked against the hotel catalogue and, when the property is uncertain, the request is held for manual verification instead of inventing an automatic price.
Our licensed tourist vehicles drive up to the hotel's reception gate, where the tourism police register the driver's name or licence; tourist vehicles are not searched. Access rules for other types of vehicle can differ, and we describe only our own service.
Flight and meeting coordination
Arrival bookings contain the scheduled flight number so ordinary delays can be followed and the meeting can be planned around the real service. A changed flight number, diversion or missed connection needs updated information from the passenger.
The written confirmation states the accepted route, price and meeting arrangement. After baggage reclaim and customs, the passenger follows that meeting plan and verifies the booking name before entering the vehicle.
What we will not overclaim
We do not describe a request as confirmed before the team accepts it. We do not promise an exact terminal-exit time, because immigration and baggage delivery are outside the transport provider's control. We do not claim every app ride is illegal, and we do not describe every competing driver or vehicle as unsafe without evidence.
The service should win the comparison on verified route knowledge, tourist-transport operation, vehicle planning, written confirmation and actual local experience—not on exaggerated claims.

What if the hotel name is uncertain?
The route should be manually verified before the price and transfer are confirmed rather than assigning an invented zone.
Is a tourist transfer the same as ordering a private car in an app?
No. They use different operating and regulatory frameworks and the tourist transfer is pre-arranged around the flight, hotel, passengers and luggage.
