Vehicle and luggage fit
A private car, SUV or minibus is selected using both passengers and luggage. Large suitcases, strollers, wheelchairs, dive equipment and other oversized items must be declared so the team can confirm adequate space.
A vehicle category is not a promise of a particular make, colour or model unless that detail is included in the written confirmation.
Driver identification
The meeting arrangement uses the lead passenger name from the booking. Before leaving, confirm that the driver knows the destination and matches the instructions sent by the team. If anything appears different, use the same WhatsApp conversation before entering another vehicle.
Flights, delays and terminal time
The arrival flight number is used to coordinate a delayed landing. Passport control, baggage reclaim and customs are not controlled by the driver, so travellers should complete those steps normally rather than entering a guessed terminal-exit time.
If the airline changes the flight number, airport or travel date, send the replacement details because the original flight can no longer identify the arrival.
Children and additional needs
Enter every child’s age and request a child seat before travel. Mobility requirements and equipment should be written in the special-request field. A request is subject to confirmation; do not assume that unrequested equipment will be available at the airport.
