A delay on the same flight number can normally be followed using the arrival details. If the airline gives you a different flight number, date or airport, send the replacement information immediately and wait for confirmation that the transfer can be moved.
Hotel, passengers or luggage changes
A different hotel can belong to another price zone. Additional travellers, suitcases, a stroller or oversized equipment can also require a larger vehicle. Send the complete revised totals—not only the item that changed.
