Enter every child and the correct age
Do not hide a child inside the adult count or omit a baby because the child will sit in a restraint. The age helps the team prepare the most suitable available equipment and ensures the passenger total is accurate.
Request the seat before travel
Add the child-seat requirement when you submit the transfer. Equipment is assigned during planning, so a last-minute request at the airport is harder to guarantee than one included in the confirmed booking.
A child seat changes the practical cabin space
The number of legal passenger seats does not tell the whole story. A restraint can affect how adults sit across the rear row, while strollers and large bags affect the luggage compartment.
Tell us about strollers and oversized family equipment
A stroller, travel cot or bulky baby item should be included in the luggage information. A group that fits a car by headcount may need a larger vehicle once family equipment is added.
You can bring your own restraint
If you prefer your own child seat, tell the team and include it in the items travelling with you. The transfer still needs enough room for the seat, passengers and luggage together.
The written confirmation is the service record
If a child-seat requirement matters to the journey, make sure it appears in the accepted booking details. Do not rely on an assumption based only on the vehicle category.
Questions travellers ask
Do I need to enter a baby as a passenger?
Yes. Every traveller should be included in the passenger count, including babies and children.
Can I request a child seat after booking?
Contact the team as early as possible. Equipment requested before the journey is easier to plan than a request made after arrival.
Does a stroller count as luggage?
It should be declared because it uses vehicle storage space even if you do not consider it a suitcase.
Can we bring our own child seat?
Yes. Tell the team so the vehicle plan includes the restraint and the remaining luggage.
